1) Hi Waldo, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today??

Hi. I’m WALDO. But on the streets of Hollywood, I go by BANJO… and KID PORCELAIN… and JACQUESAUNTIE LITTER, CURLY, BABYCAKES, STEVE, RIGHTONMAN, UNCLE POPCORN

Over 20 personas in all – each with an Online face and personality that represents a real-life Hollywood-focused product, concept, script, service, artwork series or community effort.

Through these characters’ eyes, WALDO continually serves up a fresh Hollywood POV that’s as unique as the town itself.

2) We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

The choice to focus on a wide swath of fictional personalities instead of just being myself has certainly raised eyebrows, created confusion and served up more questions than answers.

That said, like to believe it’s a long race – so WALDO's role is to elevate and differentiate the things he would rather talk about.

Along the way, the aim is to treat this Hollywood journey with the same hopeful, energetic headspace as a walkabout seeking to capture alley gold.

3) Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?

WALDO is part inventor, part presenter -

New ideas generate from traversing and conversing, then percolate into a variety of tasty nuggets.

Original effort’s include Tasty Nuggets, Film Reviews in a Snack, Divas Hair Streaks, Toilets in the Wild, The Tasty Cafe, Writeonman, Divas Hair Streaks, ButtsOut, 2 Big Rips Later, The Hollywood Street Club and more.

WALDO is also all business.

As a service, he operates as The Marketing Dept. Lookbooks, platforms, portals, mood boards, vision and award show statements, merch, concepts, research, pitches, parties and Social - so if you’re trying to make it in Hollywood, Waldo invites you to make it in Hollywood!

Recently, WALDO's endeavors have been sewn together in a piece called "Hey Sharks!" This text-pic-vid-link bouillabaisse style of storytelling and script writing offers a fun, quick read, or layers deep link-a-rama for the click-ably curious. It's totally #420Friendly.

4) Are there any apps, books, podcasts, blogs or other resources you think our readers should check out?

Enjoy many digital and Social outlets, but to truly clear the head and fill up with new material, I’ll take a trip to LA LA land every time.

Know the streets and hills like the back of the hand, but still love to get lost in them. The ever-changing boulevards of radness, gladness, sadness and madness have become as much a mountain of fresh inspo, as they have a serious cause for pause.

5) What's next?

You don’t get opportunities to create aspirin commercials by showing anyone aspirin commercials. The goal is to use these showcases of concepts and illustrations of capabilities as a way to continually create fresh opportunities for Waldo in LA.
